Sales Agreement

1. Parties

1.1 Seller (Service Provider):

(Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)

1.2 Buyer (Customer/User):
A person who shops on the Click and Buy Market website, creates a membership, or orders as a guest user.
(Hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer")

Topic 2

The subject of this contract is to determine the quality, sales price, delivery, return and the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the product or service ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website called "Click and Buy Market".

3. Establishment of the Contract

  • The buyer can complete his order after reading and approving this agreement on the website.

  • The contract comes into force as soon as it is approved electronically.

4. Product and Service Information

  • The basic features of the products, sales prices, total amount including VAT, and shipping information are clearly stated on the payment page.

  • The seller reserves the right to change product prices as deemed necessary. However, changes will not affect confirmed orders.

5. Payment and Invoice

  • Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or other method offered by the seller.

  • The seller does not ship the product without receiving payment confirmation.

  • Invoices are prepared electronically as digital invoices/e-archives and delivered to the recipient.

6. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer when ordering.

  • Delivery time is within 30 days at the latest, provided that it does not exceed the time specified in the product details.

  • If the product is damaged during delivery, the Buyer must have the cargo officer draw up a report and not accept the product.

7. Right of Withdrawal

  • The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the Seller in writing.

  • Products that cannot be used regarding withdrawal:

    • Opened food products

    • Personalized products

    • Products that are not suitable for hygiene

8. Return Conditions

  • The product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be sent complete with its original box and accessories.

  • The return process is carried out within 14 days at the latest after the product reaches the Seller.

  • The fee will be refunded using the same method the Buyer used to pay.

9. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

  • The seller is responsible for the smooth delivery of the products.

  • Warranty coverage is not valid in cases of usage error, impact, liquid contact and similar cases.

10. Protection of Personal Data

  • The Buyer's personal data is protected within the scope of the Privacy Policy and KVKK and will not be shared with third parties.

11. Competent Court

  • In disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or the Seller's place of residence are competent.

12. Entry into Force

  • By completing the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
